Hello to all of you,
As you probably know, we are half Filipino and are proud of that. We try to speak Tagalog but sometimes the grammar is not always perfect. If you are from the Philippines and do visit our blog often, please could you give us a few tips as we are keen to learn but are having difficulties.
- Our mum would like us to learn also!
Thank you
R & L

As our Dad has an old 944 porshe model we are really into cars! - especially Porsche. One of our current favourites has to be the 911! This car is fantastic! This stylish car is a high performance sports car packed with luxury and speed. As well as this, there re many other models on the roads such as the cayenne. The cayenne is a great off-roader proving itself in the transsyberia rally 07. Another of their stylish cars is definately the boxter! This elegant car is brilliant for cruising the roads with sporty performance.
Thesedays the word Porsche means quite a lot to people. The word "Porsche" immediatey make people think - "Oh, they must be rich, they have a Porsche". This simply isn't true. Our dad has a 944. When people ask us what car we have, we say a Porsche and a Renault. The one fact that they don't realise, is that the car our dad has is now 25 years old!!!
When our dad bought his 944, it ws an expensive, sporty car that raised a few eyebrows when it drove by. In it's day, it was a top class sports car. It is amazing to think about how long its has managed to survive under his care.

The new Simpson's movie is bound to be a really big hit here in the UK - it's debut is taking place on the 27th of July 2007! - 2 days from now!!!
The new movie has been creating a huge stir as people are getting prepared to dash out to their local movie house and watch the new highly rated film. We are really eager to hear the reviews from all of you. It sounds like this is going a huge blockbuster.
We look forward to hearing what you think about this new movie!

As you might know already, our mum is from the Philippines. The Philippines is a very special place to us as our lolo & lola live there which we often visit in Lusod Lonos, Romblon. Over there, there is so much to do to keep you entertained. That is one of the reasons that we like the Philippines so much. On top of that everyone is very friendly and are really kind.In Manila there are many shops and malls such as SM (Shoe Mart). This a huge mall with many shops selling a variety of items. Our mum's parents island is great since there are always children wanting to play with you and the sea is fantastic to explore! :) When we last went we had a collection of dogs and cats that our grandparents had. Whitey which is the oldest dog has given birth to numerous dogs that we also owned or gave away. One of these dogs was called Sparky, He was like our lolo's guard. Whenever there was someone speaking to him Sparky would be there. He also protected the house from robbers. Only Lolo could touch and play with him.
Sparky was loyal to his master. But sadly, a few years back he was killed in an accident involving him being run over while he was chasing another dog from their home.
Although this is rather sad new dogs have become part of the family; Bubbles, and Barney who are only puppies were given birth to by Piyat.
In 2005 we often played on the beach with our friends soccer, and loved to swim, but best of all were the Volcanoes!
You might be wondering what i mean, but it is quite simple to explain. These type of volcanoes aren't real ones, they are ones that the children and us build! It starts of by building a sandcastle around a stick with wet sand, and then patting it down. After this stage you should take out the stick and make another hole from the bottom of the castle connecting to the other tunnel.
Now all that is required is a bunch of leave that you set alight and watch the smoke rise out of the "chimney" just like a mini volcanoe! Over there in the Philippines, Many people on Romblon can remember us from when we were small and tell us how much we have grown. When we were smaller, one of the highlights of going to visit lola & lolo was getting the chance to travel around on one of the many tricycles and in Manila the jeepneys-(King of the Roads)!!!
Overall we find the Philippines a great place and people shouldn't judge the place by it's first look but should settle in and realise that peoples personalities are freindly, happy and bubbly-but sometimes can be a bit rowdy.

Global Warming-Many people have different attitudes towards it but personally, we think that people should be taking Global Warming much more seriously. As Global Warming is such a difficult problem to overcome many people are overreacting and panicing.
But should people really be worried?
What should we do about it?
Why it is happening?
Many people ask these questions but really the answers are always different. Please post us on your views and what should be done about it.
Thanks

Hi we are two twins that love music. We are half-Filipino and half-English. We were born in The Uk 1994 but then moved to Bahrain 15 days later-a very small island, in the middle-east. In late 2001 our family had set sail for living in the Uk again because we had been away from our homeland for so long.
In August of 2006 we travelled to Canada alone as un-accompanied minors to visit our auntie and twin cousins Kieran & Kyle or k&k for short. In Canada we went sight-seeing and had a tour round the amazing Rocky Mountains-photos will be up soon. It was the first time we had met out two twin cousins and it was great getting to know them and meet more of the family. A week later our parents arrived, so in preparation for this event the five of us- Tita, k&k and L&R set of for Edmonton and stayed in the Green Which hotel which was our uncles favourite. It was a very long drive there so K&K were very fortunate as they had an on-board entertainment system that they derived lots of pleasure from. On our way there we stopped for a snack in the brilliant Tim Hortons. - Hmmmm... YUM. If you have visited our Tita's blog http://cana-da.blogspot.com/ will probably know that Kieran and Kyle love Thomas The Tank Engine. When we arrived we started to explore and decided to check out our rooms. K&K enjoyed watching their favourite Treehouse channel and our Tita took us all out to the Great West Edmonton Mall. Later we headed back. On our way we received a call from our parents saying that they were still back in Toronto and told us they were delayed by a couple of hours, but... As the time ticked away, we waited and waited until finally at about 11:00 at night they arrived. We were eager to see them as we waited to tell them all about what our trip had been like so far and what we had been up to.
The next day we all had breakfast in the hotel which was delicious! Ralph and I had sausages, beans potatoes, tomatoes and poached eggs.
For the rest of the trip we toured around the Jasper and Banff National Parks, both of which, were exceptionally beautiful. It was one of those great experiences in life that you can't forget.
To round up the trip our mum left early to finish off some of her nursing, but for the last week Dad and ourselves stayed with Tita where we were shown some of their surrounding attractions and landmarks.
-overall it was a fantastic trip!

We are sure that most of you probably well aware of the amount of fuss over this last masterpiece from J.K Rowling
Hi everybody! We just felt like posting ourselves! Lol! Pls can someone give our blog some post!

Our Favourite Hobbies
You may think that we are being silly but the both of us are really big fans of blogging! I don't know the reason why, but I think I like it so much because you can read your friends stories and make new friends. You may even become such good friends that you visit each other somtimes! :)Often, at weekends or during the week as it is currently the holidays, we go for the odd cycle. We enjoy helping around the house and doing the shopping for our mum and dad-(we're sure that they appriecate this!). Sometimes we meet up with our school mates and hang out.On top of our normal day, our parents give us extra work to help us with maths and english. We do Kumon which is a study program to help kids do better in maths and english at school, which so far has worked for us as the two of us are both set-1 in maths and english which is fantastic!!! The website for kumon if you want to visit is http://www.kumon.co.uk/ .For those of yuo who have not already created your own blog, we totally recomend it as it is a fun and entertaining hobby! :)
